We will then provide you with instructions on how to send the parcel back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused or unworn and in the same condition that it was received upon delivery.
The shipping cost of returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item, and we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 5 working days.
